Founder-led / InfernoBlue

Built on experience. Led by its founders.

Nick Krause

Founder / Nick Krause

Zero Trust practitioner, resident AI operator and senior full-stack cybersecurity engineer — a founder whose range runs from writing the code to standing behind CISO-level decisions.

Nick holds a master’s degree in Cybersecurity Policy & Management and began his security career building Zero Trust programs and working with NIST frameworks on federal missions, then carried the same discipline into enterprise banking, healthcare and the defense supply chain. He previously founded and led a cybersecurity compliance company for government contractors, through to its acquisition.

Today he practices as a resident AI operator: bounded agentic workflows that correlate evidence, prioritize risk and prepare remediation, with human approval, reversible authority and a kill switch. That is the posture InfernoBlue is built on — clear authority, reviewable evidence, client-controlled tools, and consequential decisions that stay with accountable people.

Bryan Hull

Co-Founder / Bryan Hull

A senior cybersecurity engineer who builds enterprise-grade security inside organizations that cannot afford to pause — regulated, audited and still growing.

Bryan’s work sits where the stakes are highest: global financial services, healthcare delivery and emergency medicine, behavioral health, and venture-backed companies whose controls have to catch up with their growth. In each, he has owned the unglamorous core — identity and device trust, endpoint and cloud posture, detection engineering and response — and made it survive audit, acquisition and scale.

He is fluent in the regimes those sectors answer to, from healthcare privacy and security attestation to the control frameworks behind enterprise risk review, and he builds the security automation that keeps evidence current instead of reconstructed the week before an assessment. He has also built tooling to make serious frameworks practical for small businesses — the same conviction InfernoBlue is built on: enterprise discipline, delivered at a scale a growing company can actually run. He continues to practice inside a global financial institution.

Connected disciplines

The work does not
stop at the code.

Engineering, operations, customer support and security inform the same decisions. Nick’s leadership brings those disciplines together, from the first requirement through the operating handoff.
